By accessing or using the website at dataspirehub.click, enrolling in any training course, workshop, chart lab, or private mentorship provided by Data Spire Hub Co., Ltd. ("Data Spire Hub", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Student", "Participant", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access our site or register for our training programs.

2. Educational Nature of Services (No Financial or Investment Advice)

Data Spire Hub Co., Ltd. operates exclusively as an educational institution dedicated to teaching the theoretical and mechanical craft of technical chart analysis and price action fundamentals.

• All course materials, live workshop deconstructions, chart lab drills, and instructor feedback are provided strictly for educational and illustrative purposes.
• Data Spire Hub does not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, or trade execution services.
• We do not solicit, manage, or hold client investment capital.
• Historical chart studies and hypothetical case studies do not represent guarantees of future market outcomes. Every participant is solely responsible for their own independent financial decisions and risk management.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum content, printed handbooks, spiral-bound playbooks, chart templates, video teardown recordings, and educational frameworks produced by Data Spire Hub Co., Ltd. remain the exclusive intellectual property of Data Spire Hub Co., Ltd.

Enrolled participants receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for their own private study. Reproduction, redistribution, public rebroadcast, resale, or commercial training use of our proprietary materials without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Studio Etiquette & Virtual Cohort Code of Conduct

To preserve a focused, supportive, and professional learning environment at our Chiang Mai studio and within our virtual classrooms, all participants agree to:

• Maintain respectful, constructive communication during peer review sessions and instructor teardowns.
• Refrain from promotional solicitation, sharing unsolicited investment schemes, or disruptive behavior.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants' personal trade journals and setup discussions.

Data Spire Hub reserves the right to dismiss any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Data Spire Hub Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including financial losses or trading drawdowns incurred by participants outside the classroom setting.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to our educational services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

7. Modifications to Terms
